For 3'ss (splice site) prediction, variants loacated between -78 and -4 of the 3' end of the intron can be processed.

For 5'ss prediction, the predictive models accept variants from -3 to +30 of the 5' end of the intron.

Only hg38 annotation is accepted for the prediction.

1. Specify the input SNV

The SNV intended for processing can be input in the following two ways:

Paste a single line or a number of lines of SNVs in VCF format into the window of the main server page.

Select a VCF format on your local disk, by browsing the disk to upload the file.

Both ways can be employed at the same time: but only the uploaded file will be processed.

2. Submit the job

Click on the "Submit" button. The status of your job (either 'in queue' or 'being processed') will be displayed and constantly updated until it terminates and the server output appears in your browser window.
